Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the MeteAir mobile app and this website.
Agreement
By downloading MeteAir or using meteair.app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site. MeteAir is published by Wisper Studio - MeteAir and operated from France.
The service
MeteAir provides weather, air-quality, pollen (Europe, in season), sun, moon, and map visualizations for personal, non-commercial use. The app is free to download on iOS and Android; availability depends on store approval. Features may change. If we add paid features later, we will update these terms.
Not advice, not a warning system
Forecasts, air-quality indexes, pollen levels, sunrise times, and map overlays are informational. They are not medical advice, aviation briefings, marine warnings, or emergency alerts. Do not rely on MeteAir as your only source when health, safety, or travel is at stake. Check official meteorological and public-health authorities.
Third-party data
Conditions are modeled and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Third-party data sources, attributions, and licence notices are published at https://meteair.app/attributions.
Your responsibilities
Use the app lawfully. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our providers. Do not misrepresent forecast data as an official warning.
Intellectual property
MeteAir, the wordmark, and original UI are ours or used under licence. You do not get ownership of the app by downloading it.
Availability
The app needs a network for fresh forecasts. Cached data may be shown temporarily. We may suspend or change the service. Pollen is limited to Europe during the pollen season.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app and site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the publisher of MeteAir (Wisper Studio - MeteAir) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on forecast or air-quality information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app or site is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (often zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the new terms. The stable URL for store listings is https://meteair.app/terms.
